Professional Background

I have over a decade of experience in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. and tech strategy at Google and Lazada. I also hold an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Through my career, I realised that besides helping companies solve their most complex organizational transformations, I really like helping people work through their most complex inner transformations as well.

My career has spanned across multiple countries, and this has given me the privilege of working with people from all kinds of backgrounds and seeing how their personal mindsets can help them show up at work. I have worked with employees of Asian conglomerates to American c-suite executives of fortune 500 companies to advise on topics ranging from organisational transformation to strategy. On the side, I also work as an independent advisor and consultant to start-ups.

How do I improve my executive presence at work? How do I know that I’m on the right path, and not just wasting my time in this role? What can I do to build a better relationship with my boss, my colleagues, and my direct reports? How do I balance my personal ambition with my career? These are some of the questions that I’ve personally wrestled with in my professional career in the cut and thrust of consulting and as a team lead.

In my professional career, I have seen how coaches have unlocked my path every step of the way. I want to share the knowledge that I have in stakeholder management, in personal mastery, to help you to show up better at work and to clarify your goals.

Coaching Specialty

  • Career transition
  • Stakeholder management & personal relationships
  • Identity & well-being

Personal Background

I consider myself to be a global citizen having lived and worked across multiple countries (Thailand, Denmark, United States, Singapore, and others). The constant exposure to the multi-cultural environment has given me the opportunity to grow the muscle of relating to people from vastly different backgrounds, upbringings, and demographic groups from myself and deepen my capacity for empathy.

As an INFJ, I possess one of the rarest MBTI types that is gifted with the contradictory impulses of savoring the deeper meanings in life (‘N’), yet at the same time always driving to get things done and dusted (‘J’). I enjoy connecting with people over deep, meaningful conversations about what matters the most to them, and then inspiring them in taking actionable steps towards a positive life change.

I derive personal fulfilment from being a mentor to young adults in shaping their career journey and in coaching them through the critical crossroads in their lives when they face questions such as: “Should I go back to school?”, or “Should I change jobs?”. I am often trusted by my colleagues and friends for advice on dealing with difficult stakeholders and on how to find mutually rewarding relationships.
