Professional Background

I started my career in a bank where I was responsible for offshore banking client acquisition and relationship management. After 5 years, I did a career switch and became an Educator for preschool children where I was responsible for the education and character formation of children. 5 years later, I had the opportunity to lead and oversee the Administration department of 2 preschools as well as journey with families as a Mentor through valuable exchanges of parenting experiences and expertise. I had regular dialogues with parents to develop concrete goals and action plans (both for themselves and their children). This helped them in their discovery of either themselves or a process; unlocking potential in themselves or their children. My most recent experience gave me the opportunity to lead a team in a social service organisation. I was in charge of a team and worked together with various stakeholders to ensure high quality early intervention programmes for children to create opportunities for them to make the most of their abilities and participate meaningfully in the society.

Coaching Specialty

I would love to be able to journey with anyone who is open to exploring life or relationship coaching.

Friends and peers have told me that I am calm, patient and a good listener. I am happy to meet people from all walks of life to share life-giving conversations and uncover fresh perspectives.

My invitation is for you to be creative, open and not be afraid to embark on a journey of discovery. I would love for you to feel that sense of empowerment and to be the best version of yourselves.

Personal Background

My passion for coaching ignited when I was partnering parents in their journey of growth for their children as well as managing a diverse team of people. I realised the importance of having a sounding board, a good support system and not being afraid to ask for help. I had many opportunities in mentoring people who are struggling, frustrated, overwhelmed or clueless. These feelings of being surrounded by setbacks, obstacles and adversities are not unfamiliar to us. I believe that It is more a question of what we make of it than what happens around us. What would be helpful are perspectives, how we respond or react and attempt to make sense of the circumstance.

Having 3 children of my own (including 2 teenagers), I realise the importance of communication and being open to listen (including reading between the lines). Juggling the role of mother, doctor, coach, fashion consultant and shopping buddy has been life-giving. To help me re-charge and re-energise, I enjoy playing tennis, going for runs/hikes and a nice meal paired with wine with friends and family.

Personal Philosophy

“Dance like there’s nobody watching,
Love like you’ll never be hurt,
Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.”
