Being A Budding Coach was on my bucket list since five years ago when I was exposed to “coaching” when I was at LinkedIn; I was part of the “LinkedIn Coaches” program where I contributed CSR hours by providing mentorship and coaching to those who might not be privileged enough to be exposed to the best opportunities because of their background or where the country they are based in.
I have a passion for inspiring and impacting those around me. I gain fulfilment in having those around me exceed their potential, and I believe everyone is capable, sometimes they just need to find some clarity. If you are in a rut and believe that you’re not reaching your full potential, reach out and let’s have a chat. Register for the C4C program, first chemistry session is complimentary!
I started my career in advertising, when I was offered an opportunity to manage Subway restaurants’ marketing campaign & multi million dollars budget – it was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to manage a fast food restaurant as a foodie. I have been in the workforce for more than 13 years now, and since then I have moved on to selling in a Telco, a Social Media giant and the #1 CRM software giant. You can say that my career followed my passion – if you see how much data I use on my mobile on social media & talking about sales, you’ll understand why 😉
I have currently moved into a new role back into the telco – connecting the best in class vendor principals with our best in class connectivity to be able to provide customers with a world class technology stack.
My strengths are in Career Coaching, Personal Growth coaching, Recreation Coaching & Fulfilment Coaching
I like to build teams that work together and stay together; a chopstick alone breaks easily but when placed together is difficult to break. I’m an extroverted introvert; I gain my energy either being alone or being in small groups.
Food is my love language; let’s chat over lunch/dinners vs a serious meeting room/zoom chat anytime.
In my free time I scuba dive to see what the other 70% of the world has to offer, and I have a personal KPI to visit a new city + learn something new each year.
I can be pretty straightforward & direct and I like to use a lot of analogies to understand things better or for the other party to understand things better. I’m also very good at breaking things down into bite size steps or make things look “as easy as ABC”.
I always try to start a conversation by understanding your WHY; I believe when you know your North Star, everything else can be worked out.
