Professional Background

I have 15 years of experience working for diverse MNCs in various roles across sales and marketing functions. For the past six years, I have been specializing in the ECommerce world in South-East Asia and love working on digital transformation engagements.

The key theme of my career has been to navigate change. Be it change from an Indian work environment to the diverse South-East Asian customers or making a career switch from sales to demand planning to ECommerce.
These changes have given me immense opportunities to work with people from different cultures, learn new skillsets and create impactful changes in organizations.

The fascinating aspect of my career journey has been learning about people – their dreams and ambitions, inner motivations and fears and breaking the barriers to achieve their goals. Across my career, I have taken the benefit of masterful coaches who have helped me chart my own path and leave my own mark in people’s lives.

How do I build my credibility in a new role, a new team, a new company? How do I create my own networks? When do I understand that it is the right time to switch roles? How do I have difficult conversations with my peers, my direct reports and my managers? How do I find the right work-life balance? These are some of the questions that I personally faced at different stages of my career.

With my experience, I wish to expand my horizon to helping people not just within my organization but across the work space. Be it youngsters who are starting their career, or first-time managers, or experienced professionals wanting to restart their careers or switch jobs, I want to leverage my experiences and walk with you, as your coach, on your journey.

Coaching Specialty

– Students who are embarking on their career journeys (Resume preparation, Interview preparation)
– Pregnancy and Parenting

Personal Background

While I was born and brought up in one country India, I have lived in six different cities and towns. I picked up three languages, dabbled in different sports and learnt classical music. The advantage of this exposure is my flexible style and ready to change attitude.

I have been in Singapore for over 10 years and have two young children under 10 years. I wish they entered the terrible twos much earlier as I enjoyed this phase the best. I love planning the weekends with the kids and enjoy their free spirit.

Left to my own, I would either squeeze in a work-out or catch up the latest web series on the streaming platforms.

Coaching Style

I believe in practical answers that can become a part of the solution rather than create a new problem. I also believe that everyone of us is unique and has to find their own path in life. My coaching style would be embedded in these two beliefs – “Follow your heart but listen to your head”
