Siping holds a Masters in social work and has been a practitioner for the past 10 years. While journeying with multi-stressed families and vulnerable children through therapeutic work and case management, she focused on holding space for her clients in crisis and making a positive impact on their healing from trauma, mental health, discovery of new opportunities and potential.
Siping takes on a particular interest in mental wellness to increase individual’s functioning both in workplace and in their daily life. Siping integrates her therapeutic approach and coaching to exploring client’s social context, personal values and beliefs to deeply connect with their inner self. Personal Background
Motherhood is at the centre stage of her life now and had brought her new perspectives on parenting. Individual’s background and upbringing are likely factors that contribute to her current parenting style and Siping believes that it is important to continuously examine the inner self to achieve individual’s best parenting goals.
While people often describe Siping as warm, calm and compassionate, she is also a thrill seeker and adventurous in nature. Siping is inspired by close family members and friends who are in their 50s and still can go for long hikes in New Zealand, scuba diving in Fiji and spotting bears in Alaska. Her personal goal is to achieve a healthy lifestyle to maintain her fitness and nutrition so that she could enjoy the adventurous activities in her later life.
