Professional Background

Preethi has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Corporate Communications. She is the Employer Branding Lead, APAC for a leading scientific instrumentation and life sciences organization. She is responsible for driving a scalable talent attraction strategy and attracting the best talent across the Asia Pacific region.

As a passionate HR professional, she has coached several of her friends and colleagues through career transitions and finding their sweet spot between career and purpose. In the recent years, she has been involved in supporting professionals looking to make a mid-career shift or return to the workplace after a sabbatical. She also mentors students and Early talent to identify their strengths and navigate career choices.

She is also a strong believer in effective communication and has helped several leadership positions in the Toastmaster community. As a mentor, she has helped many professionals hone their communication and leadership styles for positive outcomes and personal growth.

Personal Background

Originally from India, Preethi moved to Singapore with her family 12 years ago. As an extrovert, she believes that being authentic is the key in building happy and strong relationships. Having a huge network of friends across diverse backgrounds has helped her appreciate and respect different perspectives.

She started her coaching journey to offer a safe space and a strong sounding board to others. She believes that her open and empathetic approach will help her clients feel understood, suitably challenged yet supported.

In her spare time, she loves to indulge in a long run, curl up with a book and spend quality time with her chatty 9-year-old daughter.
