Personal Background
I grew up being very curious about life and people! “Why do people do that?” is a recurring question that spans my whole lifetime. My natural interest in people has led me to choose studies, jobs and activities that allow me to interact regularly with people. Coaching is naturally one of those pursuits that allows me to draw on the opportunity to help people.
My personal mission is to help individuals live their lives positively and to develop their potential to the fullest; in so doing I would develop ideal leaders of the future.
In my free time, I like to read, travel, bake and engage in performance arts. I am happily married to my Malaysian husband who is a fitness coach. Together, we have 2 young children (girl, 6 and boy, 3) and a black cat named Zorro!
