Meng brings extensive experience as a project manager specializing in change management, regional IT transformation, and global HR transformation projects across a range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Public Sector, and Education. Having lived in multiple countries throughout Asia, Australia, and America, Meng has worked with diverse groups of people from various backgrounds and roles. This broad professional and personal exposure has provided her with a firsthand understanding of how individuals navigate both organizational and personal change.

In recent years, Meng has developed a keen interest in supporting individuals seeking to make career transitions, particularly those who are returning to the workforce after a sabbatical. She is also passionate about helping leaders positively impact their teams and go beyond achieving organizational targets. Personal Background

Originally from Singapore, Meng has lived in 6 countries and worked in 4 of those. She’s a working mother who’s constantly learning how to navigate a demanding workload, manage a home, parent her 3 third-culture children and still have time for the fun things in life like reading by the beach or sipping on a hot latte people watching in various cities.

Meng’s life and career journey is anything but linear, and she is excited about working with not just organizations but supporting people to navigate changes & challenges in life.
