Coaching Specialty

-Personal development, life transformation
-Career and business
-Habits, discipline, time management
-Learning a new skill

Personal Background

I listen to and play music and have picked up several instruments over the years, helping me connect to my emotional side of life. Besides being a great source of relaxation and enjoyment, I also enjoy reading for leisure and for information, which often turns out to have no practical value, such as conspiracy theories and UFOs.
For something of more practical value, I enjoy cooking and try to create somewhat original dishes based on whatever I can scrounge from the fridge. Most dishes are either fusion-style or some element of Chinese-type dishes.

Coaching Style

The feedback I’ve received from my clients consistently emphasizes my methodical approach and portrays me as a coach with a calm demeanor and approachable disposition. In line with the guidelines prescribed by the International Coaching Federation, I will partner you to work through your project or help bring clarity to an issue you are struggling with.

Personal Philosophy

Curiosity and going out of my comfort zone are two driving force that characterize my life. Curiosity to try out new things, and be comfortable being uncomfortable.
