With bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, Kai Xin has leveraged her language skills throughout a diverse career in local SME and government. Beginning in a local SME managing the import and marketing of medicinal products from China, she later transitioned to roles in corporate communications, research and policy development, and learning and development within the government sector.
Introduced to workplace coaching through studying for her Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Kai Xin pursued further education with the 10-month Specialist Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring for Workplace Learning from Republic Polytechnic and Nanyang Polytechnic. Applying her coaching skills, she has successfully supported professional and personal growth among her peers and learners.

Kai Xin is a lifelong learner who is not afraid to explore new interests and revisit old ones. Since young, she is interested in Chinese history, literature and language and eventually graduated from the university majoring in Chinese Studies. While she continued to keep her interests in this via reading, as well as mainstream and social media, she grew new interests in travelling, baking and coaching.
