Professional Background

As a Career Advisor at a local University, my passion lies in helping our students navigate their undergraduate course of study, uncovering what motivates them, and guiding them on career preparation and readiness while simultaneously taking on the role of an Industry Relations Specialist, and partner with key employers from Consulting & Market Research, Diversified Conglomerates and Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare. My earlier portfolio covered industries including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail & Hospitality, and Public Sector. Since 2018, I have coached close to 1,500 undergraduates and working adults through 1-on-1 sessions, with close to 99% of responses giving a rating of above ‘4’ out of 5 for my coaching.

Coaching Specialty

Career coaching, youth coaching, life coaching.

Personal Background

I am an avid coffee-lover (‘lives’ and ‘breathes’ coffee), and live to eat too. ‘In my free time, I love to read thought-provoking books and ideally go back to playing sports. As a mother of two young daughters, I can resonate with anyone struggling to balance their career, family commitments, and self-care. I’m in the process of discovering how to live my life purposefully (especially through self-care). I am someone who values relationships, and hope to be a valued contributor to individuals’ lives.

Coaching Style

I am known to be patient, someone who likes to give a listening ear, and most importantly, I am someone who values giving a safe space for individuals to share openly, without them being judged. I am often labeled as the ‘Aunt Agony’ since young.

Personal Philosophy

I think nothing is too great to overcome, if we put our mind to it.
