Professional Background

My key experiences are accumulated across industries and tell a story of a search for purpose. In the Public Service, my role sat in Centre-of Government, and I partnered with the Chief HR Office to professionalize the capabilities of the 3,000 strong HR workforce. The most impactful experience was actually when I pivoted to be a key member in the set up of COVID swab operations and supported thousands of affected jobseekers to find their 2nd careers.

I continued to see potential of humans and hone my mastery in talent management. I joined an E-commerce unicorn to manage their flagship Management Associate Programme. This is a 2-year early career talent programme aimed at grooming the next generation of tech leaders. From here, I grew passionate about engaging tech talents and co-creating their career journeys.

I now play a critical role in staffing internal tech talents and venture builders into meaningful engagements with clients to build the next unicorns. I also launched a pilot coaching programme for leaders to cultivate coaching culture.

I believe my endorsements (available on LinkedIn) speak volumes: my colleagues and leaders see me as an effective communicator, skilled team builder, and always up for a challenge. My collaborative nature and pursuit of improvement, has earned me a reputation as a problem-solver with a clear vision for success.

Coaching Specialty

– Tech talents looking to accelerate their growth
– HR professionals building a personal brand and navigating organization transformation
– First-time Managers looking to maximize impact
– Personal development to build stronger self-identity

Personal Background

I received support through C4C during rough patch as a new comer in a new organization. I felt alone, stuck and needed a new perspective. I’ve now come a full circle and want to help others to untie their own knots. I am a firm believer the people should wear their own oxygen masks and it’s ok to ask for help.

I am always on the look out for new adventures, big or small. Some examples of my expeditions: Nepal to scale Annapurna base camp, Brazil on a 2-month voluntary mission or the Via Ferrata (albeit kid friendly) in the Italian Dolomites.

I also relish in a good challenge and take pride in being a Powerlifter where I constantly push my own physical limits. More recently, I have taken an interest in animal welfare and now a proud mama to 2 kitties – Stout and Truffle.

Coaching Style

– I help you accelerate your awareness and unpack what is holding you back
– I create the safe space for you to share vulnerabilities
– I help to build conviction in your self-identity and align action to your intention

Personal Philosophy

“Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.” “We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience.”

I grew up trying to please others and realized my identity is shaped by that. I wish I had this realization sooner and now commit to help others accelerate that.
