Professional Background


Jessica has worked in both corporate and social service organizations for the past 25 years. From her experience in marketing and product development to a mid-career switch to school leadership and management, she brings together a unique blend of coaching and facilitation skills which empower individuals and teams to realize their potential.

Being a leader of a team of experienced educators and many young graduates, she dedicates time to coach and guide them to pursue their passion and goals. The highlight of her day is witnessing the young leaders, whom she guided, sharing their wow moments and achieving their personal goals. Jessica’s greatest joy is receiving updates about her graduated students flourishing and thriving in their lives. It is a joy to Jessica that lives have been impacted through her work.

A significant part of Jessica’s experience has been people and change management, project management, developing strategic partnerships, talent recruitment and capability building. Some notable results were receiving two Innovation Awards from Ministry of Education. It is a testimonial of her dedication in building a culture of creativity and innovation. She has also successfully launched a home linen product into the marketplace and was instrumental in the successful public listing of a SME in Singapore.

Jessica holds a degree in Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University(Canada), She was also awarded School Leadership certification from National Institute of Education and Lee Kuan Yew School of Policy.

Personal Background


Jessica studied and worked in Canada for 6 years and lived in China for a short period of time. She is blessed with two children and parenting has taught her many valuable life lessons.

Jessica loves to read as it opens a whole new world of knowledge and experience beyond imagination. Her other love is food and travel, nothing beats good food, sipping a cup of tea and appreciating a new culture.

Jessica is an advocate for people with special needs or from disadvantaged background. She believes in looking beyond the disability and deficits of a person, and search for the unique talent in each person, so one can shine.
