A marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience across diverse industries, Jenny has honed her strong communications and people skills through managing high-level government officials, senior executives, global brand clients and celebrities. She has led and developed teams as well as multi-million projects across multiple regions.

In her pursuit of work excellence through a collaborative team approach, Jenny has won industry awards for the marketing projects she has led and has earned recognition from her peers in the organizations that she worked in with her strong work ethics. She has been part of the extended leadership teams in the organizations she worked in. In her career journey, as she works across diverse industries and various countries, Jenny has developed an ability to navigate changes and adapt quickly in different organizations and cultures.

In the last decade of leading teams remotely and in-person, Jenny has discovered an immense fulfilment in developing people — uplifting them to overcome challenges, and building on their strengths. She believes in empowerment, personal growth, and being genuine; and is curious to learn from people from all walks of life. She thrives on working with trust and clarity, having a positive mindset and simplifying the complex.

Jenny has an Honours degree in Communications from Nanyang Technological University. She obtained a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and was conferred the Chairman’s Award by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Singapore). She is a certified coach practitioner at Collective Change Institute.

Jenny believes that every individual has the ability within themselves to make changes. Since young, Jenny has not been one to sit still. She has a thirst for learning and is always on a lookout for new things to try and places to explore. An independent traveller and learner, she has hiked in the Himalayas, travelled solo in Europe and picked up foreign languages. She finds doing arts and crafts therapeutic and revels in coming up with playful ideas for events.
