As a communicator, Jean cut her teeth in advertising and journalism before finding a niche in health communications. Over the past two decades, she has led internal and external communications at two of Singapore’s public healthcare clusters, managing high performing teams and advising C-suites on issues and crises communications. She has also advised major healthcare and pharmaceutical companies on local and regional communications campaigns, including “world’s first” product launches that garnered significant worldwide attention.
Jean is recognized for her ability to mentor young talents in the communications profession. In recent years, she has taken a particular interest in learning and development and enjoys supporting early career professionals through coaching.
