Jasin has more than a decade of global marketing experience across some of the most prominent brands globally, managing a EUR150million turnover business in one of the largest fast moving consumers goods company. She particularly enjoys the people oriented nature of her role which spans from leading and interacting with multi-cultural teams from across Asia, UK, US, Africa and Latin America; to learning from and speaking with consumers at their homes in rural Indonesia or Vietnam that have helped her to gather powerful insights for new product innovation and brand communication strategy. Through her professional experience of understanding consumers’ behaviour, it has developed her curiosity towards people, culture, values and its influences on their decisions and this has also shaped her adaptable communication style with people of varying backgrounds.

At work, she is guided by a clear personal compass of “influencing others with positivity and be that shining beacon to help others see the impossibilities” and she gains immense satisfaction to take on challenging projects yet providing a nurturing and supportive space for her team to discover new solutions to the challenging issues; and uncover new perspectives on their personal growth in the process. She dedicates time coaching and mentoring people at her workplace focusing on topics like stakeholders management and communication amongst new managers, transition back to work after maternity leave, managing stress and work life priorities, transition into new roles.
