Gwen has over 10 years of working experience as a Human Resources Professional. She is currently the Senior HR Business Partner of a US Advertising Tech Company, overseeing the APAC region. In her current role, she reports to the Chief HR Officer based in the US and partners closely with senior business stakeholders from the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Technical Account, and Finance teams.
Prior to this role, she has had working experiences in Engineering, Investment Banking, and also Manufacturing industries. This includes both local as well as global companies that have a headcount of more than 30k employees or well over US$100 billion in assets. In all her roles, she has partnered with C-suite/ executive leadership teams to facilitate people-related initiatives or projects at an organization-wide level.
As part of her professional development, she has also obtained several distinguished certifications in the coaching and personality assessment space, a few examples include the Caliper Profile Certification, Hogan Assessment Certification, Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Fostering a Coaching Culture from eCornell.

Personal Background
Born and bred in Singapore. Currently single, hustling while exploring the world and soaking in what life has to offer. Gwen enjoys outdoor sports, taking solo trips, and exploring new cultures. She is also a huge foodie. Some of her recent new hobbies include bouldering, golf, and skiing. Her all-time favorite hobbies are yoga and hiking. Fun Fact – She used to be a competitive cross-country runner back in school and hopes to get back into long-distance running soon. Favorite Places (in no particular order) – Toronto, London, Japan, Bali Favorite Cuisines – Mexican, Italian, Japanese She enjoys most Christopher Nolan movies and psychological thrillers.
