The work experience in this company has given me everything from personal growth to career advancement. Throughout his journey Guru has been fortunate to have mentors and coaches within the company who guided him to plan and have fulfilling career. Guru has been qualified trainer for SAP systems for the region within the Company and has also hosted several career road shows for his function within the company. Over the past 15 years Guru has been able to mentor several team members especially newly joined members. The experiences evoked the passion in him to grow others and build capability in others.

Personal Background
Guru is from India and grew up in lower middle class family in a small town. Looking back he feels blessed to have such an upbringing which exposed him to the values of Family, Integrity, honesty, dedication and achieving more with less. He loved sports and played all games and athletics. Through Sports he learnt about the limit less capability of individual and values of team player, collaboration. Sports & fitness is still a great source of inspiration to him.
