I started my career as a marketer and subsequently joined the creative industry building brands and connecting people. My robust professional journey has taken me to places – working alongside global teams in US and regional teams across Asia. I’ve led a regional team of 18 across 5 countries. This enabled me to build a network of connections and partnerships with people from different walks of life.

Currently, I’m the co-founder of a boutique creative consultancy in Singapore. We started the company in 2019 and had since grown from 3 employees to 22; 1 business account to 5 key international MNC client accounts and various local client accounts.

I’ve coached junior members on my teams in various companies and being able to partner them on their professional journey has been one of the most fulfiling moments in my career.

Throughout my professional career, I have always been intrigued with the correlation of leadership and people dynamics of both ends – my company and my clients’. The natural curiosity towards leadership styles, its impact on creating change and unlocking potential has led me to this coaching journey where I want to work with people and help them uncover their potential, to be empowered and encouraged, and to take on the change that they are capable of.

Despite being born and bred in Singapore, I’ve developed a global mindset through of adapting and embracing multi-culture nationalities, traditions and different way of lives’ through my extensive work travels over the years.

I was based in Macau and Hong Kong for three years where I picked up Cantonese and speak it better than my own family dialect! The exposure to the different culture and environment has enabled me to learn and connect with people of different backgrounds and definitely enlarged my capacity to be an empathetic listener and friend.

I wouldn’t call myself a fitness junkie, but I do enjoy a good burn workout from spinning, strength training and outdoor runs. I do however, call myself a travel junkie and will gladly pick a city holiday any day.
