Professional Background

Fiona is an international c-suite executive with over 19 years of resource sector experience in strategy, marketing, trading, sales and consultancy across multi nationals, mid-sized and start-up companies across Europe, Asia, West Africa and Australia.

She led the marketing team for the world’s biggest iron ore miner of over 45 people including executing multibillion-dollar transactions and leading director roles. She has created and implemented company defining strategies, developed new products and led new market entries in addition to managing a sales portfolio of ~A$3 billion of annual revenue. She thrives on supporting others through being an in-house mentor and coach over the past 10 years. She has a keen interest in promoting diversity and women in leadership (subject of her dissertation for her university degree).

Fiona is a Neuro Linguistic Programming certified practitioner, member of the Australian Institue of Company Directors, completed the Leading Sustainable Organizations by Oxford University and was awarded a scholarship for the Advanced Leadership Program by Women in Business Australia. She was awarded a First Class honors degree in Management Science from the University of Manchester’s Business School.

Personal Background

Fiona is originally from Liverpool in England. She has loved living in 7 other countries (Spain, Ireland, Canada, Netherlands, Thailand, Australia and Singapore) exploring new cultures.

An avid cyclist who recently took up boxing she also continues to battle through her mandarin lessons. She loves long walks on the beach with her dog Danny, settling in with a book and recently learnt how to make some local kueh.

Fiona is a partner to support you with the change you want to see in yourself. She works with her clients to build their future vision so they can imagine it, feel it, believe in it and become it. She is inquisitive, open minded and an empathetic listener.

Personal Philosophy

She believes every person has inside of them all the resources needed to make the changes they want to see – my role is to support you in believing this and living your change.
