Feroz is a Leader and Strategic thinker in the government sector with over 20 years of attributes and competencies that spans across team management, human capital management, future capability development, security management, and operations work. Feroz is strong in executing strategic capability process to people engagement to plan formulation. Agile with mobilising teams, managing stakeholders, and connecting with individuals for consistent results, through instilling operational excellence, embedding sustainable systems, and still ensuring team and individual development. Above all, he advocates a 3P approach in all matters – People first, Professionalism always and Purpose must be right.

Feroz has led various teams comprising about 700 to 2000 individuals, and attained more than 80% satisfaction from the individuals in areas of leadership, human resource, safety, security, logistics and finance management. Feroz has also led change management for core staff in 5 departments who aspired to be high performance teams, with 3 departments subsequently achieving Best Department awards in the organisation.

Feroz is also adept at organising large scale events at the National level, with the most recent being an outreach engagement event, attended by over 140, 000 Singaporeans across 3 physical locations and concurrently on virtual platform, with Covid-19 Management Measures. The event achieved a Zero Paper usage during event for sustainable green efforts, 250,000 pledges from event visitors towards commitment to a national cause, Zero accident outcomes, and attained 90% satisfaction from event visitors on organisation of event.
