Partnership has been the key word of my 10-year career journey.
Brief Overview //
Starting as an International project manager in the biggest IT company in GrCN, I grew to become a Business Development Manager.
6 years later, I moved to Singapore to the biggest IT company in the world 3.5 years ago, leading the APAC Partnership in the gaming vertical.
Awakening Thoughts //
Not as a core gamer myself, all these years experience helps me to re-define my boundaries: none, as long as we have a growth mindset.
Witnessing the culture differences first hand in these big companies, I become more aware of the elements to survive and thrive in different contexts.
Why Pro Coach-to-be //
As a coach toddler, I had the experience to coach junior members in the corporation. The fact that I ended up bringing tears and smiles, satisfaction and changes makes me feel really rewarding.
And I do, look forward to identifying the resonance in you, to bring out the best version of you.
Pivot moves // There are moments in life that you want to make a change. If it’s not now, then when?
Clear the fogs // Sometimes, life is so cloudy and foggy. Let’s find the tool to see things clearer.
Remove the doubts // You got questions? “Where I am at?” “Where am I going next?” “How do I know this is the right/wrong thing to do?”….Let’s find out!
Moved to Singapore from Mainland China 3.5 years ago, I am getting more comfortable with “who I am” and “who I am not”. Having experiences living in north America and north Africa, I also learn to accept myself not being part of the mainstream; rather, an open-heart to embrace what the world has to offer.
Over the years, I learned to “fight against the fire using the fire.” – As an introvert, I shy away from spotlights and attention. But as a small part of the social fabric, I also understand the importance to address the uncomfortable zone. Occasionally, you will see me push myself onto the stage as an “improviser” who is responsible for the serious “joke” and the baby “Lindy Hop” dancer who gets all the beats wrong and steps on everyone’s toe.
Consistency and Discipline are the two biggest lessons I learned over the past 7-years of fitness journey. It’s amazing to see how your mind transforms your body. Maybe that’s what life is about – it’s not about the destination, but more about HOW you get there. 🙂
– Conversation: Let’s have a casual chat, in which you will know more about yourself:)
– Connect : Find a way to connect with you, your past and your future
– Change: Believe me, you are going somewhere that you are longing for, let’s find that out together.
It’s gonna be OK in the end; if it’s not OK, it’s not the end.
So…keep searching.
