Personal Background
With a passion to help others grow and succeed, Elaine volunteers her time as a youth mentor with Youth Corps Singapore to help youths amplify their strength and grow their passion. Elaine is also a design thinker (also known as human-centred design thinking). As part of the design thinking process, one of the core stages is empathy.
