From career perspective, Doris has 17 years in business development and client facing roles within the financial services industry. She has held roles including individual contributor, head of sales, country manager and most recently strategic partnership director for one of the world largest fintech.
Throughout her career working with people from diverse background, constantly building new relationship, selling with persuasion and negotiation, Doris has a good grasp of understanding human desire in need of being heard, recognized and appreciated in different forms. Hence her sensitivity and passion in creating new possibilities thru coaching specifically on personal and business relationship, leveraging her life and work experience.

Personal Background
Originally from Penang, Doris has previously worked and lived in Hong Kong then relocated to Singapore about 4 years ago. Being a foreigner in Hong Kong for more than a decade, Doris has been exposed to multi cultural, multi national engagement & experience in personal and business setting. The exposure has opened up her horizon beyond her imagination and she has gained tremendous life values and lifelong friendship.
Apart from work, Doris has experienced the dating scenes in Hong Kong when she was single and trying to navigate the wild wild world. She has witnessed the complexity of human connection, desires and manipulation from her own experience and friends around her. Being happily married now, Doris is inspired to step on the coaching journey to empower woman (and man) in achieving satisfaction in their dating and relationship journey.
She appreciates arts, music, cultural and live performance. Doris also spend time in weight training, running and love traveling to see the world.
