English born with Danish origins, I was drawn to a love of traveling, the creative arts and languages (French and German) at an early age, imagine my surprise when I ended up in the financial services industry! I have threaded these fundamentals throughout my career/life and they brought me to Asia almost 2 decades ago where I have combined these elements into training and development opportunities across various roles and found myself drawn to mentoring and coaching which has been incredibly fulfilling.

Naturally active from a young age, I enjoy spending time outdoors amongst nature and exploring new trails and scenic adventures. An avid runner, I often bypass public transport and use my feet to pound the pavement as a way of combing fitness with errands! I enjoy bringing this energy and optimism iinto my professional and coaching activities and seeing how they can help shape outcomes.

I gain great satisfaction from seeing the progress made when harnessing the power of ‘what’s possible’ through encouragement in taking small steps, seeing beyond oftentimes self-imposed limitations and putting the power of change in the hands of those driving their own destiny.
