Personal Background

I have been mentoring my team members for several years. this is not working well for me and therefore decide to do coaching to bring out the best talent in my team.

Annually, I will take part in a charity run for a good cause. Giving back to the community is important to me as it enriches my life. It makes me feel fulfilled, happier and living my authentic best self.

On weekend, I like to spend time with family and work on my cooking specialty which helps me to unplug from daily grind during the week.
