Professional Background

With 10 years of HR experience working in various industries from construction to professional services, I am a seasoned HR practitioner who has a proven ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and life stages.

In my career, I have experience in Business Partnering, Change Management and Communications, HR Digitization and Analytics, Organization Development and Interventions, and Total Rewards.

At the beginner of my career, I had believed – like many others – that HR was limited to a support function. However, after meeting my first coach, I had a mindset shift.

Within 6 months, together with seasoned HR practitioners I brought my team through a learning journey that shifted our collective mindset from ‘HR Supports’ to ‘HR Powers the Business’. This became proof of concept and shifted the perception of HR to that of a change driver within the organization.

One small change led to others, and here I am in 2023, embarking on a journey of coaching to help others achieve the change they want.

Personal Background

The traits of an INFP would describe me quite accurately – intuitive, idealistic, and empathetic. As an introvert, I have a deep inner life and dialogue, while being thoughtful and observant of others.

The values of my alma mater – Care, Honesty, Service / 亲爱忠诚,敬业乐群 – has always meant a lot to me, and may explain why I made the life and career choices that I did.

I like hobbies that require me to stay intentional – a common thread among hiking, powerlifting, cooking, coffee brewing, and writing; clearly, more work needs to be done on the last hobby given how this profile is going.

Personal Philosophy

“One sees clearly only with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes.” – The Little Prince

I believe that everyone measures success by their own yardstick, and thus it is important to find it within yourself what that is.
