– Personal development and transformation
– Interpersonal skills and communication
– Life purpose and meaning
– Leadership in different cultures
Charlene is the youngest in her family, but is usually treated as the older sister among friends, because she provides a safe space, listens well and makes them feel heard. When asked for advice, she is able to provide sound ones from different perspectives.
Being an ambivert, Charlene loves meeting people because she believes there is always something we can learn from and give to each other. But once the interactions are over, she loves an equal (or more) amount of me time to simply chill or have quiet reflections.
Charlene is also a musical person who enjoys singing and playing the guitar, occasionally taking a book to read and travelling to learn different cultures when the bank and schedule allow. She also loves trying new things and learns best by doing – even when she is afraid, as long as they are not too crazy or extreme.
– Listening with empathy
– Questioning with honesty
– Challenging with accountability
– Providing a safe space of calm and ease
– Willing to laugh and cry with you
Charlene believes in a God who loves us and made us all unique with a unique purpose in life – no one else can be you and you cannot be anyone else except yourself. With that mindset, she believes we all have a potential waiting to be explored and live life to the full.
She also believes there is a season for everything, and what’s important is that instead of fighting the season, we try to understand what the season is teaching us and grow accordingly with it.
