Professional Background

I have more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, MNC, startups & non-profits, applying technology to solve problems and leading change within organizations.

I create solutions to solve problems or seize opportunities. I was part of the pioneer team that set up the MINDEF CIO Office. I co-founded my own startup, and subsequently also started-up a logistics venture for CAG. Since 2020, I’ve established the Accelerator office and Low Code Centre of Excellence for CAG, which were recognized for excellence in Innovation by OpenGov Asia and Human Resources Online in 2023.

Although I’m only seeking formal coaching certification now (2023), I have been a practitioner of the art of asking powerful questions that invite reflection, ownership, and action since 2008.

I graduated Tau Beta Pi and Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering.
