Professional Background

I am a Talent Acquisition and Operations Leader with a passion for building and scaling large teams. In my career so far, I’ve been privileged to interview and hire over 250 individuals and coach and mentor many.

As an empathetic yet pragmatic people leader, I thrive when I can inspire each individual on my team to navigate ambiguity, do purposeful work, hit their desired outcomes and have fun while doing it!

Early in my career as a manager, I found that coaching is a natural fit for my management style. I enjoy creating an environment where my team can take the time to think critically, find resolve amidst their challenges and tap into their inner strengths for empowerment. Over time, this approach became my north star – generating a hunger to become a better coach in the service of others.

Coaching Specialty

– Empowering working mums to find strength and balance
– Creating confidence for professionals transitioning into management or new careers
– Supporting senior professionals to build meaningful next-phases for their lives

Personal Background

Over the last 20 years, I’ve studied, lived and worked in India, France and Singapore. Living through many enriching and humbling experiences in different cultures has shaped me into someone who is curious, optimistic, balanced, open, trusting and adaptable.

Being a working mum, compassion for myself and constant re-balancing of priorities is a familiar drill. As someone who often ‘wants it all’ whether at home or work, I’m fascinated by the fear of failure – the grip it can have on us, everything we do to avoid it and how we build the muscle to overcome it. My deepest learning and revelations have happened when I’m furthest away from my comfort zone, so I try each day to do something a little differently than the day before.

I enjoy travels and chatty meals with family, meeting people with different worldviews, re-connecting with nature, having time with myself and a good glass of wine!

Coaching Style

– Authentic and warm
– Inclusive
– Kind yet direct
– Progress-oriented

In my interactions, I look to create a safe space for discovery. You will be in the driving seat, while I will listen attentively challenge, clarify, empower and be your wingman.

Personal Philosophy

Summed up perfectly in two quotes:

“It may seem difficult at first. But all things are difficult at first” – Miyamoto Musashi

“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible” – Dalai Lama
