Professional Background

Amos has a vast range of experiences, being trained in engineering, before going into social science, then operational compliance, counselling, and finally banking operations. Exhibiting the capability to think from many different perspectives and offering such viewpoints to curious minds.
In banking, he oversees 2 functions for Singapore’s local payment systems, including team management, problem investigation and resolution actions.

Amos has done professional counselling training for 2 years and practiced during the peak of COVID troubles on an online counselling help platform which includes people from all over the world and paid counselling for 6 months before deciding to switch to coaching. He also have had the privilege to speak with people from a vast spectrum, from young teens to parents, people with privileged backgrounds and those without and people in many different fields of work.

Personal Background

Amos is grounding, often being part of many groups and a jack of all trades. He enjoys a wide spectrum of activities from being a water polo player, triathlete, to playing the piano, reading novels and playing computer games.
Amos carries a mixture of calm, confidence and softness, often being engaged in deep conversations in the middle of the night, from large topics like societal issues to personal ones.
