Professional Background

Fuelled by a mission of self-discovery, Alicia spent the last decade exploring roles in branding, marketing, project management, and strategy. Her industry experiences include creative, maternity, tourism, and a personal favourite – food! Her numerous roles have enabled her to partner with a wide and diverse range of personalities including Michelin-starred chefs, local makers, creative founders, journalists, civil servants, and foundation programme directors to name a few.

Whilst embarking on her personal journey, Alicia has also helped:
– Encouraged a 18yo student who did not meet mainstream university entry requirements, to continue forward bravely anyway instead of opting to retain. She is now a marketer in her dream company after graduating from a private university.
– Empowered a homeless young mother to transition from helplessness to taking proactive steps in securing a safe place for her and her child.
– Be an ally and grounding voice for small business owners who took their business from 0 – 1 and needed a soundboard to explore their personal branding and identity. These businesses are still growing, and Alicia has been an enthusiastic witness through it all.

These experiences have strengthened her deep belief of the transformational results through forming authentic connections and bridging gaps.

Alicia began her coaching journey by actively seeking her own purpose and truth. She strives to uncover a deeper understanding of herself to chart her own path for the next decade. It was love at first light, and she is decidedly enthusiastic about coaching and all things personal development related. She is dedicated to championing those who choose the road less trodden, supporting them by (re)igniting their inner flame to forge their own courageous paths ahead with compassion.

Personal Background

A creative at heart, Alicia is always playing with elements of self-expression – from art, floral, fashion to cooking. She loves to cook, and feed the people she loves. Her passion in food has opened many wonderful doors of opportunities, one of which included going to Vienna for one month to be her best friend’s confinement nanny. Another is starting a frozen handmade dumpling side-hustle with her family as a mean to retain traditional recipes.

Alicia’s home is now her personal art gallery, and in her spare time she provides doggy day care/boarding services (perks of remote working!) She and her husband are paw-rents to Max, a 11yo Singapore Special.

Alicia holds a BA in Broadcasting and Journalism from Fudan University, Shanghai
