I have been in a corporate banking industry for over 20 years mainly in M&A advisory and risk management.

Currently I lead a team with dual responsibility to manage risk in APAC region and also to lift up risk management capability of employees in the region. Additionally, as a manager and a leader, I am responsible for the career development of the staff in my team.

As a manager in charge of risk control, I work closely with people in various roles from customers relationship managers to C-suite. I advise them and engage them to align the business strategy, their personal interest, and risk control.

Through my career, I lead conflict management processes among various stakeholders such as conflict between management and employees, shareholders and employees or sales/marketing team and risk management team. Active listening and facilitative leadership style helped me to manage such conflicts to create mutual value for stakeholders..

I also hold Master in Finance from London Business School

– I love traveling around the world. Traveling various countries in Asia, Oceania, Europe and Middle East further nurtured my curiosity. I am also interested in history and spend much time reading books on history. My favorite book is “In Retrospect” by Robert McNamara.
