Vicky has over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience in human resources and change management, coaching individuals and managers to develop new perspectives and skills to improve self-awareness leading to effective ways of working and performance at work.
She has extensive experience in helping individuals transition from individual contributor roles to management to senior management roles, having led and worked with small and large teams in multi-national companies, consulting companies, and small start-up’s.
Vicky is a certified Clifton’s Strengths Finders coach. She finds this a “tool that keeps on giving.”
An individual receiving Strengths Coaching to develop their talents will uncover multi-faceted dimensions of their strengths that will increase the value and impact of their contributions, develop their self-confidence to carry them through, and most importantly, find fulfillment in what they do by being true to their authentic self.
Vicky spent time in the States doing her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and had lived in Bangkok for 6 months on a consulting project (& loved it!). She has spent the last 10 years living & working in Singapore.
She reads widely on a variety of topics on philosophy, personal development, science and fitness and enjoys doing weight lifting for exercise. Of course, sometimes she also enjoys doing nothing!
Vicky believes in playing to your strengths and to do so means to discover what they are, how they are given to “bloom” in your life and how to harness them to create meaning in your life.
Life is usually neither black nor white and that ‘s what makes it sometimes hard and confusing to navigate. However, getting clarity about your strengths and your values will provide a “beacon of light” that allows you to find your way and your place in the world.
