With 30 years of experience in Enterprise Software Development with MNCs, Tat-Keong has nurtured and managed global engineering teams in Singapore, India, China, US and Europe. Tat-Keong was part of the pioneer management team that set up a successful software development centre in Singapore for Sybase. He was the catalyst for securing multi-million dollar funding for innovation projects for the organisation.

Under his mentorship, several of Tat-Keong’s direct staff has progressed to hold vice presidency or directorship in their
respective specialties.

I’m an active person and enjoy the outdoors. I particularly like the feeling of lightness and rejuvenation when I catch my breath after a long hard run. I have a close-knit family and my family is always in my considerations.

I have journeyed with my son and experienced the joys and agonies together as he started as a novice sailor to become a world youth sailing champion.

My coaching style is empathetic, open, objective and goal oriented.
