A global transformation leader with over 30 years’ of sales and marketing experience in multinational companies, Lee Chew held senior leadership roles with responsibilities for Sales, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, Business Transformation, GoTo-Market Coverage as well as Leadership Development.
Having led business teams across different geographies and spearheaded transformational activities for company acquisitions, mergers and spin offs, Lee Chew is adept in dealing with ambiguities and bridging different sales cultures.
She is effective in leading change, creating organization alignment through consistent frameworks, business management structures and sets a high bar for disciplined performance and execution. She believes in the impact of a clear vision, the power of a growth mind-set and the importance of challenging the norm. On volunteering, she has served on the Singapore Heart Foundation board for more than 10 years.
During this time, she was involved in the Foundation’s “Go Red for Women” program (an initiative to increase the knowledge of heart health among women), their Fund Raising activities and is currently a member of their Finance committee.
