Senior professional development worker, consultant, trainer and coach, with a Masters Degree in Training from Leicester University. More than 25 years of experience working with international organizations and NGOs, including the World Bank, the European Union, the British Council and multiple international development projects funded by USAID and DFAT.

Now working with Indonesian NGOs to support their organisational development, as a coach and consultant.

Helping clients to think through their personal and professional strategies, their reason for being, and work out what needs to change and how. Helping organizations to work out how to change for the better in the same way.

I started out as a traveller and learner of languages, beginning in Egypt with the Arabic language, then moving to Indonesia where I taught English, then moved into the world of education and learning. I spent two years in Fiji and one in Australia, then Indonesia exerted a gravitational pull on me again and now I am here for good.
