Shamantha is co-founder of Growthbeans, and Director of Savoir Asia Consulting Pte Ltd. She has conducted training for MNCs, SMEs, Schools, and non profit organizations. Some of these organizations include Sembcorp, Covance, Caterpillar, Roche, Lymon, National University of Singapore, Young NTUC, SIM GE, Nanyang Polytechnic, Youth Corp Singapore and others. She runs Growthbeans Circles (supported by Youthcorp, Young NTUC and Ascott China) to help individuals gain more self-awareness, increase confidence and perspectives as well as soft skills. In the past year alone, she has reached out to hundreds of individuals.
Previously, she spent close to 6 years with Singapore Airlines in various divisions from Flight Operations and Products & Services to Marketing under the Administrative Officer Programme. In her various roles, she looked at establishing partnerships, elevating customer service and experience, achieving service quality through understanding customer needs, competitor benchmarking, design thinking process and process re-design. She also managed different teams to help them improve performance and productivity.
Shamantha is an active listener, is full of empathy but with a sharp ear to identify your blindspots. Setting you at ease quite instantaneously, she will work with you to gain clarity and to discover the potential and solutions within you. As a coach, Shamantha is empowering and encouraging.
She is passionate about helping others find clarity and success through raising their self-awareness. She is the first batch of mentors with Young NTUC, and was invited to share at various sessions including the Todo Todo Skills Marketplace. In her free time, volunteers with Student Care Services, The Apprentice Collective, and YN Think Tank. She likes to write, draw and explore places.
