Seo Lay spent a large part of her career in research roles across the academia, private and public sectors. In 2017, she left her comfort zone and made the switch to do public policy work in a new government set up. After spending four years thinking and working at the systemic level, empowering citizens to participate in a digital society, she now seeks to build connections and empower individuals, one conversation at a time.

Seo Lay is a tree hugger and a dog walker. She counts her blessings every day and is always looking to connect/ reconnect with a friend over a good cup of tea/ coffee.
