Sandy is a professional Human Resources practitioner with more than 20 years of working experience in MNC and public listed companies. As a generalist, she covers full spectrum of HR strategic and operational functions. The opportunities to work in different environments and industries have enabled her to relate and connect with people from different levels and backgrounds.
Heading the HR department, she works with stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies and plans, coach and develop its human resources to build a collaborative and progressive workforce. As a leader and manager, Sandy leads by example. She coaches and develops her team to their potential.
On top of her HR portfolio, Sandy also spearheaded Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and activities to champion volunteerism to pay-it-forward.
Sandy coaches and supports individuals in teamwork, career exploration/transition, job movement and workplace relationships.
Growing up as a middle child in a big family, Sandy is easygoing, provides support and a good companion to her siblings. An introvert, she prefers to stay out of large crowds, seek comfort in a few close friends chatting over a cup of coffee. Sandy also enjoys spending time bonding with her children, yet she allows them personal space to learn and explore. She believes in cultivating good values and character-building.
With a warm personality, Sandy is sincere to lend a listening ear to the people around her. She is approachable, empathetic and nurturing.
