Samantha is presently a Professional Development & Staffing Specialist at McKinsey & Company Southeast Asia. She has over 10 years of industry experience in talent acquisition & development roles and was previously a senior recruiter at McKinsey & Company (Southeast Asia), Barclays Capital (APAC) and Telstra (Australia). Samantha has worked with many top notch undergrad/MBA graduates/mid career professionals across Asia in navigating their career choices.

She has also delivered interview and resume writing training for various universities and their alumni associations.

Personal Background


Samantha graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce and pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development thereafter. She is passionate about supporting individuals in their life/professional journeys and having conversations that enable moments of self-discovery. Over the years, Samantha has continued to advise and guide many of her ex-hires beyond the original workplace setting and into new and exciting adventures.

Outside of work, Samantha pursues balance in her life relentlessly and is often found either at a park with her young family, a pilates class, baking for the next house party or working with young adults in her church community.
