I am an experienced HR practitioner with a primary focus in delivering HR advisory support on a wide ranging set of people management issues to senior business leads in the Asia Pacific region.
I play an active role in building functional teams with a focus on people development to support business structures and complement business growth.
With the knowledge and experience handling varying people related issues
in large structured and less structured corporates, I have developed and successfully implemented people oriented policies/practices that aligns with business objectives. As a senior HR professional, I have coached senior leaders, lead and mentored junior/mid-level professionals.
Aside from being a qualified HR professional, I have experience handling children with learning needs and is able to share experiences relating to this area.
I am passionate about the nature of my job as it provides opportunities to learn/seek new ways to solve issues that can create a positive impact to others, and it enables connection with different people within an organisation. In connecting and building trusting relationships with others, I adopt an open communication style and always creates a safe space for sharing without judgement.
Outside work, I enjoy travelling and exploring different continents and cultures. When I am not traveling, I enjoy attending art and baking classes and playing pop piano pieces.

I believe in taking ownership in making any change journey and in going through the journey, support and encouragement
are important to drive a real change effort towards success. I have had the benefit of the support from my family and friends
