He works in partnership with them to adopt an ongoing solution-oriented and results-driven approach towards achieving their life goals. He arranges, nurtures and develops people on their journey towards alignment, fulfillment, satisfaction and success.

Ramesh comes with an American PhD in Business Administration backed by his senior corporate management expertise in business development, entrepreneurship and international marketing across multiple industries. Ramesh has faced several crossroads in his life when he was inspired, motivated and uplifted to chart new personal and professional pathways. At one such life changing crossroad in 2010, he took a leap of faith to join the learning & development, training and coaching arena. Ramesh thus has deep empathy and understanding for our desire to balance a life of meaning & purpose with a sense of belonging & practical needs.

His belief and faith in the importance, value and potential of every individual has given him the opportunity to coach, mentor and train at every level.  From volunteering with prison inmates to develop their character building, employability and communication skills to heading professional organisations such as the Marketing Institute of Singapore as its CEO/Executive Director.
