Life, Family, Self!
Rachel is an Apprentice Life Coach who helps people from all diverse backgrounds.
We live our lives in general “auto-pilot mode” and sometimes feel that we have much more potential inside of us that we have not yet reached, yet we don’t really know why or how to get there.
Rachel is that platform for people to be able to define and build a passionate, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, providing clarity, inner happiness and an understanding of the gaps and barriers in our lives that are stopping us from reaching our goals and dreams.
As a mother of 3 she has learnt that there is always time to make that change, have a career, do the things you love and enjoy it all at the same time! Its just a matter of how much you want it and she can help you define and reach that goal!
She is also passionate about the arts and spends whatever spare time she has doing paper-cuttings, lino-cuts, prints and general design works. She also has a passion for nature plants and flowers.
Personal Philosophy
Life is a constant wave of ups and downs, if you can learn to centre yourself and look at your heart you will find all the power you will need to become truly successful in ANYTHING you do. This strength exists, but we must take time to train ourselves to become skilled and accomplished enough surfers to ride out these waves.
In time you will no longer be held back by the fear of these impending waves and will begin to enjoy the ride!
