Professional background


Michelle is an experienced HR professional, having worked for a number of renowned global organisations such as Deustche Bank, Barclays, McKinsey & Company and Gunvor. In her career, she traveled extensively and lived overseas gaining insights into working across different cultures and managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Michelle leverages this international mindset in her coaching.

In her professional life, Michelle has specialised in working with young talent and graduates who are finding their career pathways, supporting, consulting and coaching them and continues to nurture these relationships, providing ongoing guidance.

Personal Background


Michelle is a mum to two crazy kids aged 10 & 6. Through them she is able to bring into practice fun and experiential learning. In recent times she has been transitioning between playing the role of a full time working mum as well as periods of being a stay at home mum and Michelle is able to draw on these experiences in her coaching.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys baking and giving back to social causes, recently raising over $1500 for HCA Hospice Care, an organisation which provides end of life care for those who need it
