Liliana is a Senior Director within a Fortune 500 company, where she manages some of the company’s largest, most complex clients in Asia. Before working her way up the corporate ladder, Liliana gained experience in the startup world, gaining the skills to handle fast-paced and uncertain circumstances.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge and supporting others, Liliana co-founded the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China. Liliana currently leads regional Diversity Programs and is part of the AMCHAM Women Committee.

She has been named a role model within her organization and is part of its Asia mentorship program.

On a personal level, her resilience was born of personal losses which forced her to face grief, emptiness, failure, pain, and rage. In overcoming this, she now has all she desired: a healthy family and a successful career. Liliana was brought up in a more traditional environment in terms of the expectations of what a woman “should” and “could” do.

Despite this, she has broken down barriers and paved her own path, and now works to support others in doing the same.
