With more than 20 years of professional experience in different countries, both in international organizations and international companies, she considers herself as a dynamic HR business partner, life and career Coach. She is adept at assisting motivated and productive employees. All along her career, Kadija has served as service client major account manager, program manager, recruiter, and human resources business partner; she has been a driver for innovation and change management. She is accomplished at organizing events and workshops.

Faced with any given scenario, she can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues. She enjoys close relationships with others. She finds deep satisfaction in working hard with people to achieve a goal. She has an enthusiasm that is contagious. She is upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do. She is intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. She has a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively. Women and mother of 2, Kadija lived in several countries with her family in three different continents already. She loves traveling and taking care of people with a direct involvement in child protection matters as well as gender equality and empowerment of women. After her graduation in France, she dedicated all her efforts with success in her own career paths. She learned from different expatriation to start again from scratch. She is proud of having been able to run in parallel professional and family projects even if she recognizes that it needed constant efforts. She is proud of her accomplishments but strongly believes that we all benefit from external support to reach personal and professional objectives.
