Professional background


A self-motivated and pro-active individual, I have more than 10 years in the HR field, having worked in internal communication, training, management development and HR projects, across different businesses and international environments.
Given my training in talent management and in conducting interviews, I provide advice and support to line managers. During my path, I support leaders to achieved different results in their careers and life, boosting their self-confidence.
On my free time, I also help young students to integrate the job life, mentoring them for the first interview, CV and covering letter.

Enthusiastic person, I have communication and listening skills, which enable me to develop relationships based on trust with my clients. I believe that effective coaching is based on clear goals, clear method and strong working alliance between the coach and coachee. In addition, I strongly believe that my ability to adapt to new situations, my motivation and my multicultural background allows me to contribute greatly on the coachee’s results.

Personal Background


Working with people is my passion; making difference in their lives is my engine. I always used my free time to work as voluntary, and I am always learning and transforming myself during any relationship.
Born in Brazil, lived in Switzerland for more that 10 years, I am passionate about travel, know new cultures and lifestyle. I believe that the adaptive ability I have developed and my multicultural background allow me to have an open mind and bring different solutions and ideas to life.
