Jocelyn has more than 15 years of HR experience, specialising in the areas of organisational effectiveness, business partnering and talent management. She is currently the HR Director for Singapore of a retail MNC. Her key focus in her current role is to partner the Singapore leadership team to co-create and execute the people strategy and to build a culture of collaboration and innovation.

On the home front, Jocelyn is a mother of a special-needs child. As such, she has keen interests in understanding and helping special needs children achieve independent living.
Jocelyn is a certified facilitator for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people so that she could encourage and empower others to relentlessly pursue to be a better versions of their current self.
