With over 10 years of working experience in Human Resource and Employee Engagement, Jeff is certified HR professional serving in a world leading Japanese Multi-National Corporation.  In his years of working experience as a HR Professional, he has served mainly in the medical and tyre manufacturing industries and he leads the transformation journey to groom new managers as part of the succession planning strategies.

Outside of his work, Jeffrey is actively engaged in sports such as running marathons, kayaking, and swimming. Since 2006, he has participated in more than 30 marathons ranging from 10 – 50km till date. Concurrently, he enjoy a good cup of coffee and active listening through networking.

Recently, he has embarked a different career journey to join a China IT Technology Multi-National Corporation based in Singapore as the key IT digital hub focusing on core functions relating to Warehouse Management System (WMS), Online Application Games and Cashless Payment modes which are widely supported by local government moving towards a smart nation by 2020.

Jeffrey is known to be ready to listen to issues, problems and turning them into new perspectives of life changing moments that redefine one own self-worth.

Jeffrey is a strong believer in giving and committing his time for
community work and assist youth in finding the direction of life.
Through network and volunteerism in 2009, he has engaged with youth
from different woks of life with non-profile organisation who are willing to provide helping hands to low income and less fortunate elderly who are staying in 1 – 2 rooms flat in Mei Ling estate.
